I Personally Prefer Pringles…

I was training a new nurses aide once and one of our patients had had surgery earlier in the day. Their diet had just been changed from NPO to “sips and chips” (small sips of water and ice chips only) We were passing out the dinner trays when the new aide came to get me.

She was confused because the surgery pt. had a tray too… With a glass of water and a sandwich bag of potato chips on it.!

Apparently they were training someone new in dietary too!
